17. I've sampled a few gluten-free and keto products

while eating with friends and relatives. Some of them have been quite enjoyable. What's not enjoyable at all is the exorbitant prices charged for those food choices. I understand that making them is likely more involved and there's not the same economy of scale that exists for the wider market, but I can't help but feel that there's some gouging going on as well.
