The crackling of a campfire
A deck of cards being shuffled
When a hockey puck connects with a hockey stick or vice versa
The sound of coffee brewing
The sound of coffee being poured
When my neck, back and all sorts of bodily joints produce cavitations (cracking)

Ocean waves are wonderful. In the wintertime, that ABSOLUTE silence of still snow falling-- sans any wind or traffic.
