I suggest we all wait to see how many people bothered to even vote. I’ve been involved in city politics since the 70s. Adams will not drop out. I’d be surprised if Cuomo drops out after second ranking comes in. The assumption that Independent voters will vote for Mandami is based on? He didn’t even pass a bill while in Assembly. New Yorkers can be very practical. We want a Mayor that can get things done. Cuomo’s record is exemplary. Mamdani has no record to speak of. What has he done in his career so far!
