So far, nobody has ever shown me any evidence that karma is in effect. Instead, I continue to see terrible people doing terrible things over and over again, without any "karma" affecting them.

So, show me some cases where "karma" has actually had an effect. I'll wait here.

Karma is a philosophical and religious concept, and it is no more than that, in my opinion. It's a great idea, but probably doesn't exist as an active principle.

Again, I have seen no evidence of it in action.
