61. My understanding is it was hotter than West Hell in NYC today...

...and once you factor in the humidity and general apathy, it's likely turnout isn't going to be great. And while it changed during the Giuliani/Bloomberg years, I think NYC is back to where whichever Democrat wins the primary, they've essentially been elected Mayor.
