had the Dengue Virus. Those who haven't, the vaccine is very risky.

The only treatment is hydration, antibiotics to prevent secondary infection, pain killers, and rest. In other words it is supportive.

The best prevention is removing the source of the virus, the mosquito

I hope they are able to get a handle on this before it gets out of control
