or at least let this be a state issue Trump will sign it right away. Who am I kidding? He’ll veto it right away. Mr “let the states decide” will do anything but. Trump is too beholden to Big Pharma, alcohol, tobacco, private prisons, etc., etc., etc., so on and so forth.
