4. Check your browser settings. That's usually under the General options, depending on what browser, OS, etc.

In Firefox, go to Edit/Settings/General/Language and Appearance/Colors and click on the Manage Colors button.

As genxlib points out, your Privacy settings or extensions may override this behavior. If you recently added an extension, it should be your first suspect.
