A limited review.

The problem isn't so much here in Philly but counties upstate. It was never "close" here in Philly but it suddenly WAS close in some of the other traditional "blue" counties like Lackawanna where Scranton is and unbelievable in counties like Erie, that apparently went for Trump after being reliably blue for a number of Presidential elections.
