Do the Cowboys even have a "football guy" in the front office? The website lists 4 Jones. None have played or coached in the NFL. What kind of impact on personnel does Mike McCarthy have? Mike Nolan is the new DC too. The coaching experience is there. Maybe there's a rebuilding effort underway we don't know about?
