He's sent photos/videos of some of these cars and it's worse than you can imagine. Cubic yards of trash. Rotting food. Seats that look like they've seen multiple childbirths. Firearms. Drug paraphernalia.

It's obviously not everyone, but enough to make you wonder about a significant portion of the public.
