My 96 dodge Ram 1500 is a pleasure to work on, easy peasy. Lots of room to work and nothing outrageous to deal with in the engine bay.

Plus, it runs perfect and has another 250,000 miles left in it at least. Oil changes and regular maintenance are the only real thing needed to keep it running great, plus I don't ever try and race it or push it hard at all.
