11. Track Coverage Has Been Quite Good

I can't think of an event that wasn't covered in depth. They had the finals of the women's hammer throw today. Didn't show everybody, but that's not a big event since women only started competing in it 6 Olympics ago.
I admit discus was lightly covered, but shotput got multiple spot, so did javelin. High jump & long jump were covered from the preliminaries on, for both men & women. All the sprints, too.
Now, I wasn't nuts about the analysts they had for track. They took too long to start their comments (dead air) & with few exceptions didn't add a lot to the excitement.
But, the coverage itself, and play by play was pretty darned good.
Now, with some stuff on NBC, other stuff on USA, then all the Peacock stuff, some in realtime & others that already completed, it was a pain to navigate.
