I had a reverence for Dan Reeves since he was with the Cowboys. After leading the Donkos to three Super Bowls, Elroy wanted to be in charge and made Pat Bowlen fire him and make Pat Shanyhan, who would follow Elroy's orders, coach.

The other reason is that "Hee Haw" Elroy dumped his first wife because she had a intestinal disease and then married a big-tited Raiders cheerleader.
