9. I was in a situation where I had to call emergency responders for a neighbor.

I stayed with her until they got there and the first thing they asked me when they came in was "do you know what meds she's on?" She was incoherent at that point. They walked into the kitchen and fortunately she had hung a copy of all the meds she takes (and she takes a lot whether she needs them or not but that's another story) on the fridge. They said that was extremely helpful.
