The Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team (DMORT) are experts in the filed of identification. Members of DMORT are experts in various fields, everything from MDs to medical examiners, pathologists, forensic odontologists, anthropologists, experts in fingerprints and funeral/mortuary experts. They are frequently called on is mass disasters, but there is a branch that is dedicated to identifying the remains of long-lost military. They are still working in the jungles of Vietnam to bring closure to those MIAs who were never found or identified, lost in the over growth of the jungle.

The work they do is amazing. A more dedicated group of folks you won't find.
