4. Salad with Salmon

Chopped romaine, red leaf, Savoy cabbage and spinach, sliced red onion, radish and black olives. Tossed with Trader Joe’s vegan Caesar dressing. Salad topped with chopped air fried salmon burgers and steamed green peas. Toasted multigrain rolls with pine nut hummus. Iced oolong tea with lemon.
Rice pudding made with oat milk, coconut cream, chopped dates and cinnamon for dessert. Cheers!🥂
