More often than a couple times a year, I'd probably be more excited about it. I would consider an instant pot if I were going to use it a lot. Right now I'm working on making this convection oven pay for itself! The paperwork says it even works as a dehydrator, that was one of the points that got me but also the rotisserie part.
Eggs just aren't a mainstay on my menu, I might buy a dozen in a year.
