Hey, my cousin has tried doing this. She was dieting, but she was unable to continue. It was after the delivery that she followed this. She shared me some daily routine that she followed: For breakfast, she normaly had omlets with mushrooms , barcoli in olive oil. For lunch, in the beginning, she used to have salad with mixed green,spinach, radishes,cucumbers,carrots and lemon juice. Sometimes she had salmon,shrimp and even tuna from seafoods. For eve, she tried having some apple slices and raw walnuts. For dinner she normally had tomato and avacado slices grilled.
But I hated the way she followed the diet, it was way terrible for me. And the main aim was, she wanted a makeover in every sense. After delivery, she gained weight and it was something that she couldn't control and it was for that she followed the diet plan and the way she followed was not that good. Not good in the sense, the way she followed the diet was not that healthy kind after that she underwent a tummy tuck treatment from Windsor in Ontario. This was not to discourage you, but my point was , if you really want to bring control to your size and body you should be determined enough to follow that and should have the patience to say no to certain foods, that you are not suppose to have. I am not asking quit this either, follow or do what you are doing correctly orelse you will be in trouble. My cousin was following the diet in a wrong way which led to further health issues and later put on double weight she was. She had several health issues after over dieting and her husband and her family asked her to stop following the diet.
So what I am saying is, if you really think you can do it, then do it and don't over do . :-p
