The Iceman Wim Hof claims his sub-zero treatment can cure illness [View all]
I like hot baths, I like cold sleep, rather colder than most people. I sleep deeper, burn calories and feel great at 49 degrees F with 8-10 layers of clothing and blankets. So I'm wondering if this Wim guy is onto something.
