Fibromyalgia is not some phantom disease that comes from not exercising enough. Yes, we could all do with more exercise. But exercise does not take care of chronic diseases like fibromyalgia or rheumatoid arthritis. This must be your sister-in-law and not your sister since you didn't correct her.
