From the creators of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia it not as crude. Conniving yes?

Rob McElhenney and Davis Hornsby (Cricket on Sunny) Charlotte Nicdao is the female programmer Poppy. They address not Gamergate but definitely women in that world. It’s the office environment in the game industry- a multi user combat game with Nordic type warriors. The game is not the focus.

Very cleverly written. At this point you’d be able to watch into season 3. They took some long breaks due to Sunny.

They did two remarkable episodes.
One was made IN the pandemic. Shot individually but well put together. There’s a zoom call trick at the end that’s just good TV.

There’s another episode involving shovels and the Nazi crowd invading the game. They broke Poppy what the players would do with the shovels but she was determined to add it as a tool. Funny. They trick the Nazis to isolate them. A great Raiders of the Lost Ark finish.
