If it happens some more, probably best to try to document whatever you can - how fast, how long does it last, do you feel anything. See your doc/NP, who likely will recommend cardiology if this recurs and persists.
I developed this just over 2 years ago, and was only aware of it because I was also having an annoying thing called pulsatile tinnitus, which means you can hear your heartbeat in your ear - bothersome, but turned out to be useful as I don't know if I would have noticed the Afib otherwise, as there was no chest discomfort, shortness of breath, or activity intolerance. My heart rate can be only mildly elevated, or as high as 140-150. Sometimes lasts for only a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes. The only physical sensation I notice is a feeling like there is a beached fish flopping around inside my chest.
There are any of a number of fitness monitors that will count your pulse.
Also, there is also a nifty little device called a KardiaMobile that takes a 30 second EKG right at home. I got mine for $99. They then went down to $89, and are currently on sale for $79. It is about the size of a stick of gum.

They are also available at BestBuy, and on eBay. Walmart, too, which I do not patronize because of how they treat their employees.
