1. Hmmmm....I wonder what they did with all the passengers and the plane that witnesses saw?

Guess those 100s of witnesses who saw the plane were wrong and somehow it pulled up, missed the pentagon, flew away without any one noticing, and took the passengers to an evil island where they were killed.
Makes sense to me!
