2. We get our beef and pork

mostly via subscription (Butcher Box). They sell grass-fed, grass-finished beef (if you've never had a steak like that, OMG!) and heritage breed pastured pork. Chicken and lamb from local farmers via either the co-op or the farm stand down the road. It's a little more expensive but we don't eat that much meat since being Orthodox means fasting Wednesdays and Fridays and assorted saints' days and whatnot, not to mention six weeks of Great Lent and shorter fasts. I'm getting better at vegetarian cooking!
