and have no debt. Might have 20 years to go and my goal is to bounce the last check I write. Been out of debt for over 30 years. If I don’t have the money, I don’t buy it. My little trick is, if I want to buy something, I wait 3 days before I do it. Most of the time, after 3 days I don’t end up buying it. I own my little house and paid off my last car car loan in 1982. After that I’ve paid cash. It’s possible to do.
