Before, when I had the Mid Price plan for $55 I was able to see the forms, see the progress, go back and check, fill in certain forms (ACA) and follow along. This year I see nothing on the screen and there was some sort "drop box" (to see my forms) which I tried 4 times and it didn't work (I no longer have access to it since everything is in limbo with this "tax pro"
.
I've tried EVERYTHING! I take detailed notes and all of mine from the last 24 hours has been, "I can't do this, Why can't I do that, Where the hell is the previous page, FUCK!!!, and What is going on, why can't I go BACK and even start over?!?". I can't even see the forms I already completed for The Fed and State taxes.
It's like the whole damn thing is frozen.
