Anyone having trouble with Windows 11 today - specifically Excel? [View all]

It not only converted all my Excel files to read-only, but I can't save them under a different name!

It says the file already exists (which it does not) and then it says "cannot access read only document.

I suspect MS is monkeying around with its AI.
