So I did the Apple up date for my iphone and now I cannot send pics to my people [View all]

who have androids. And yes MMS setting is on. Texting is ok. Every time I succumb and update something goes wrong. Something changed but I cannot find what happened. Also mass messages which include people with androids also not working any more. Any suggestions?
