5. It is really hard right now for any new grad who isn't in healthcare.

I would suggest that she find ways to network, I know it is hard during this time, but some professional organizations are still having virtual meetings and happy hours. Look for groups that support professional women. She should have her resume on her all the time, if she goes to the bank or anywhere she should share that she is looking. You really never know where the leads will come from.

One company I would suggest she check out is 3/SHARE, they do everything virtually until it is time to meet with the client to roll out the product, they are a young company but growing really fast. It would be perfect for a mom with kids at home.
