To vote electronically from outside the chambers. Maybe allow a percentage of votes to be allowed via technological means to force them to be in DC when feasible. And maybe in extreme circumstance like we're in now, sessions could be held online.

At a minimum, allowing infirm members vote from their hospital beds would make sense. With so many 75+ year-old members, it might come in handy.

Anyway, a thought...
