These fucking sanctimonious assholes need to see full blown DTs a time or two. It would also help if they realize untreated DTs are 50% fatal.

You want to help the homeless, find them places to live. Raise wages so they can afford to pay the rent. And stop wagging your fingers at them for relying on the one thing that makes life on the streets bearable. Oh, and the few pilot programs of converting hotels and apartments into basic housing for the homeless? They've shown that once they don't need to numb out on alcohol, they taper down and many are able to stop drinking.

All the finger wagging in the world doesn't accomplish that.
