One judge "bundling" the sentencing of a "same-same" count reduces the law's intent for jailing and fining; one peep about a bigger fish up the line can provide the get out of jail free card by plea deal. It's likely the defendent threatened quite a few others or worse--in jest or just never "caught."

There's nothing and no way to legislate or punish a sick, ignorant, and twisted evil heart bent on crimes that can be escalated to every level of corruption and perversions of "freedom" to do just as one pleases in the moment.

With time, the SMH syndrome along with personal covert infractions of "rule of law" infect every individual in the throng of humanity. There's no vaccine that can guarantee complete compliance - humans are not ever perfectly obedient to any "rule of law," but, wow, who knew so many Americans were/are? so badly infected with that anarchy mentality against their own and others lives, even their loved ones, at every human decision-point of common sense, empathy, compassion, charitable forgiveness...SMH!
