And as I have said many times I do not think she is making the decisions. I think a handler from the Koch organization is telling her what her owners want and she does it.

-cut tests
-open schools
-override local governments on any local initiatives that would mitigate the virus.

She wants us scared and submissive. - or rather the Koch organization does.
