A series of ethics complaints have been filed against Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin, along with other state officials and PACs.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On September 19, the co-founders of ArkLeg Bill Tracker filed a series of ethics complaints against several Arkansas officials that includes Attorney General Tim Griffin, Secretary of State Cole Jester, and more.

The complaints allege "illegally excessive campaign contributions, money laundering through political action committees (PACs), the misuse of taxpayer-funded resources for political purposes, and the unlawful payment of a sitting state legislator for official actions."

The complaint went on to name some of the state’s highest-ranking officials and accuse them of complicity, including:

Attorney General Tim Griffin
Lieutenant Governor Leslie Rutledge
Secretary of State Cole Jester
State Rep. David Ray
Base Point PAC (political action committee)
Jobs and Growth PAC (JAG PAC)(political action committee)
Gilmore Strategy Group PAC (political action committee)
