I'd really appreciate it if people in Music Appreciation would limit themselves to a maximum of 10 OPs a day. [View all]

I hadn't thought it necessary to make this request before, but with only 80 threads per page, posting 20+ or even 30+ OPs in a single day (which has happened) means just a few people doing that can quickly push everyone else's OPs off the first page of the board.

Which is not good for a shared forum.

Even 10 a day is a lot. I thought about requesting a max of 5. But my impression has been that some people here seem to save up tracks they want to post for a particular day, so in that case, when they aren't posting every day, I could see them wanting to post more than 5 some evening.

But please keep in mind that this isn't a radio show for one person to choose the music. We're not DJs. The Music Appreciation group is a shared platform, with the first page of the board the main stage, where posts will get the most attention. Attention that should be shared.

I hope this request will seem fair. Please let me know what you think.
