after the incident to file the suit. She quit 2 years ago due to emotional issues. ... The other interesting part is that the suit claims some comments were directed at african american employees (including having a whites only restroom?) but the suit is being filed by the white ex General Manager....

More will come out i'm sure... Nothing surprises me but I'm skeptical....
