Anyone else get bombarded with NFT scammers?

I had four of my accounts hacked recently. They changed my email address and locked me out. And IG was no help whatsoever. I've never sold a thing through them. Other than seeing other's work, I'm beginning to think it's a complete waste of time. I used to check it all day. Now I log on once or twice a day and keep my phone downstairs in the junk drawer. It's becoming too much of a distraction. Screw social media!
