66. Am I the only one seeing the irony here?

Thursday

Two West Virginia National Guardsmen are shot.

The suspect was caught and busted by the Washington D.C. Police.

The Guardsmen, of course, were there supposedly because D.C. couldn't handle its crimes. No West Virginia National Guardsman was around to catch the suspect.

To repeat: the D.C. police, not the West Virginia Nat'l Guard, caught the suspect -- virtually immediately.
