12. Real or not, these threats may be how they try to silence us

How can we ignore assassination threats? or actual assssinations? How many people are we willing to lose to go out and demonstrate?
You can't go to court over what some crazy is doing.

Stochastic terrorism: Crazy minions carrying out what Trump can't get away with doing so we don't exercise our freedom of speech.
This is why he had to pardon the most violent offenders from Jan. 6. They are his army. His brownshirts. His SS.

It's getting real people. I'm not saying we won't win. We have to win. But it won't be without casualties.

Al Franken on MSNBC listed the laws passed by the legislative seasons Hortman presided over. Free public college for low income people. Free breakfast and lunch for school children. LGBTQ sanctuary in state of Minnesota, paid family and medical leave, the right to abortion in Minnesota....there was more, i can't remember it all. Al made her real to me. This is the kind of person Trump's Brownshirts want to eliminate.

If we back down, we lose. If we don't back down, there will be casualties. When does this become Civil War? In Lincoln's time, the South had the best generals. Now, the MAGA terrorists have the guns and the suicide assassins. The very police force tracking down the armed murderer are implicated in the corruption that gave us the death of George Floyd. We need them now, they are against this murder (thank God) but will they be there for us when Trump gives his next illegal orders?

i am heartbroken. Scared for the first time that I can't bear the cost of this resistance. Though, we must persist.
