9. The DPA's been kicked around a bit recently.

In 2020 many argued that Trump should invoke it to compel production of masks and such. I'm not sure, but I don't think he did.

Biden was no stranger to invoking the DPA.

The posts that bar was resting on have been sinking for a few years. No longer a high bar, it's more like a wet bar at this point.
