70 the doctor leaves it up to the patient sometimes on getting PSA test. My husband told his doctors in the past not to screen him for it, but his new doctor did anyway last year. Guess what, he had cancer. They did genetic testing as well and found it wasn’t likely to spread, but they will watch it. His level 10 dropped to level 6 with medication he is taking.
