Some say that a 'yes' vote helps the do-nothing repug state house reps and kicks the can down the road.

And some say a 'no' vote will throw many poor folks off of Medicaid and many other programs geared to promote the health and welfare of our citizens, but force the house and senate to make some tough choices.

I honestly don't know.
