if he was truly "mentally incompetent" than the true guilt remains with the pro-birth cult and its leaders who made this guy think his actions were justified.

Not that I'm shedding any tears that this drain on tax dollars is ended, just thinking that the root evil is still, unfortunately, very much alive.
