12. I'm not in Chicago, so my understanding and passion is colored by that...

but the fact we have to "put up" with them violating our rights, terrifying our kids, brutalizing seniors and treating nobody with the human dignity they deserve just because they're human... it's offensive to any thinking, caring individual. And no matter what trump and his police goons (of any stripe) try, they are NEVER going to make the whole country turn on each other. Yet, that's what they're trying to do. Turn us against each other... turn us against authorities (when so many of us have bad feelings about them to start), so he can declare martial law under the insurrection act and cancel elections... thereby ascending a king's throne that isn't there with full rights of life and death over anyone and everyone. And yet, we're helpless to fight back. It offends the sense of fairness, of justice, of right and wrong. And he's pushing it until... if he doesn't die soon (or otherwise be de-throned), he's gonna get just what he wants. Civil war in this country. And then, the Ace of Spades on THIS deck of hoodlums will be he, himself.
