ICE thugs have been given the word that they are immune (by Stephen Miller) and are already battering peaceful protestors, battering brown people in general, kidnapping, disappearing, shooting “less than lethal” munitions at peaceful protestors — point blank at heads, faces, and necks, and that stuff can kill, maim, and blind.

Police state? Yes.
