What evidence that can be gathered should be admitted, even if it is circumstantial... because he's done such a bang up job of destroying everything. I would also say, since he has no writ of war that he should not only be tried for murder but also for crimes against humanity.

I would think America should be treated as a pariah nation, like NK, but so very very many of us worked so hard to fight against him... and we still are. That needs to be recognized in a positive way, IMO.
