I believe it was, the city I live in had one of those once in a 100 year floods. That was the 70’s! Had another back in the 80’s and another in the 90’s. We have these so frequently now, republicans need to quit calling them 100 or 1000 year floods and admit it’s climate change. It’s also poor infrastructure and possibly housing plans.
