2. War Powers Resolution

That resolution, which sought to curtail presidential authority to put troops into action after Vietnam, basically gives the commander-in-chief broad scope to use the military for about 60 days. Unless Trump is suckered back into Iran soon with more sorties, it really doesn't fall under something that is impeachable. It's less of a violation of the spirit of the law than Obama did in Libya, or both Obama and Trump did in Syria previously.
