My own personal pet theory is that Heinrich Himmler was reincarnated as a Jew for his sins. The idea was that baby Stevie (Stephie?) Miller would be raised as a liberal reform Jew in a liberal enclave in liberal Southern California. Unfortunately, the pure, unadulterated evil of Heinrich's soul took the upper hand over little Stevie's undeveloped spirit early in his life and will probably prevail until the end of time, through however many reincarnations. And all of them will look like Stephen Miller, who is a dead ringer for Heinrich Himmler.
